Rules of the game
For Gold draws, you will have to pick any three-digit number combination; anywhere from 000 to 999 will do
For the Sky Lottery Diamond draw, you have to pick a two-digit number combination from 00 to 99. For both of these, the order of your number is crucial, as only specific number combinations can claim the wins.
Sky Lottery is legal in India. You are eligible to play as long as you are at least 18 years old and reside in any Indian state that permits it.
Prizes and payouts
The grand prize for the Gold Draw and the Diamond Draw differ slightly, considering the odds their number of digits have to win.
Gold Draws
If you got the winning number announced in their results announcement, congrats! You will be eligible to win the 27,000 Rupees.
As mentioned, you can also win an additional 1,000 Rupees prize if you get a matching last two digits with the correct order (E.g., If the second prize number is 123, and your number is 423, you can get the prize.). If your number got the third digit matched up, you could also win a 100 Rupees prize!
Diamond Draws
Unlike the Gold, the Diamond draw only has one prize tier as the chances of winning are relatively higher than a 3-digit draw. Simply get the two-digit combo right, and the 1000 Rupees prize is yours to keep!
Checking your results
There are two ways you can check if you have the winning number. You can either view the results live on Sky Lottery Result on the official Sky Lottery online website or the checker available on our website.
Sky Lotto Results will be shown 4 times a day (11 AM, 1 PM, 6 PM, and 7:30 PM), so please be mindful of when these draws take place.
Is it available online?
Although there is a live online results website, Sky Lottery is not available to play or buy tickets online. So if you are a foreigner or are outside India, playing the Sky Lottery is not possible, unfortunately.
How do I claim my winnings in India?
You saved, bought a ticket or two, crossed your fingers, waited eagerly, and you won; a big congrats to you! Now the real question is, how do you claim your reward? We’re glad you asked. The way you claim them will be based on how much prize money you won.
For any winnings up to 5,000 rupees (say, 100 to 1,000 Rupees), you can claim them from any available lottery agent you can find. However, in the case of winnings between 5,000 and 100,000 Rupees, you will have to claim your Rs. 27,000 prize money in person at the District Lottery Office.

Taxed amounts in India
Like life, no matter how small or grand your wins may be, they will always be sweet until you have to pay taxes. Though we all know how irritating it may be to pay them, it is a law we have to abide by, as any good citizen will do.
When it comes to lottery wins in India, taxes only apply for certain winning amounts. If you won 100 or 1,000 Rupees, they usually wouldn’t be subject to taxes.
However, if you won above 10,000 Rupees (in this case, Rs.27,000), you will be subject to 30% tax on your winning amount. This is because amounts over Rs. 10,000 are considered as income. But don’t worry, that would be the only charge you will have to deal with.
Greatest winnings in Sky Lottery history
As mentioned, due to the unavailable past data, there is no information on past jackpots or winnings available on their website. However, we know you can get up to 27,000 Rupees if all your numbers match the three-digit Gold draw.
You will have to inquire about this to any local Sky Lottery stands available in your area for more information.
Closing thoughts
The Skylot is an excellent choice for a pretty good chance of winning for both Gold and Diamond Draws. With draws every day at 4 different times, testing out your luck with just Rs. 40 is not such a bad idea after all.
As long as you’re 18 and provided all the necessary information to be eligible to claim your wins, may the odds be in your favor.
